PROCUREMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
Asset management is a specialized service that Interavia Spares and Services provides to its customers. Asset management allows customers to concentrate on their core business, while IS&S manages their engines, aircraft and rotating spare parts through both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Customers benefit from the knowledge and prior experience of IS&S personnel, with our close proximity of location to numerous FAA/JAA-approved repair facilities, and significant discounts resulting from high volume of business that IS&S conducts with these repair stations.
IS&S will control, audit and issue reports to our customers on costs incurred as the work scope progresses.

Our state of the art computer system, backed by computerized document imaging, supports all IS&S continuous activities, creating a permanent record of all paperwork on incoming parts. The resulting electronic files allows instant access to all documentation.
